Hello everyone,

I have a question for the admins out there. Is there a plugin that allows you to see information about things you’re looking at? For example, which players last dealt damage to it, or for my TC, how many resources were in it at a certain point in time and how much upkeep it had. That would really help me out a lot.

Manually typing these in console (or keybinding them) will do mostly the same thing:
-Authed is for code locks and TCs/turrets.
-Owned is for jumping to items placed by players like bags/doors/etc
teleport2autheditem [steam64id]
teleport2owneditem [steam64id]

Do these commands in console while looking at the item in question:
auth - shows you all is authed on an item
who - shows you who placed the item

Ubertool is similar and can list all who entered a container so can be useful tracking trolls

do you do any admin or have you had your own server before? ive never heard of that one, thats an interesting little plugin

both lol hence the private friend list and no show if not a friend
trolls take bans personal and I had one harass my friend list once so I learned :):)
never realised we hadn't chatted about it :)
I have admin xp in both Ark and Rust over 2k in each on this account and 3 server accounts but not used those in a while
was doing admin on codefling's network for a while but we didn't agree on how to advance the community so I left (no hate just a difference of opinion and he owns it so it is his right to run it as he wishes it to be!)
for the life of me rn I cannot remember the name but it is a GOOD NETWORK and covers pvp and pve
honestly used to enjoy it but there is a golden rule in it
unless it's pve you cannot play the server you admin
and even then I would ALWAYS advise against it!
long term it is easy to slip into using console
and people can be funny about that (even though you spent all day fixing their issues and are not a big base)
so just bear that in mind

personally that seems to be hair splitting as if it is a number of items that sounds like a team dispute
do NOT get into those for your own sanity!

if you added a nut job that is NOT my problem until they break server rules!

if it is like that you can get mods that prevent ANYONE else from accessing an UNLOCKED box they do not own and this can be set either to tc so only team or personal so you have to add a team member for access
the more stuff you remove as options for trolls the better your server will be!
trust is great and all
but it takes one team of trolls to upset a whole server
also if you warn
do it once and keep your work followed by incremental to perm bans so you are clear you do NOT play games
and Battlemetrix is ESSENTIAL for knowing the history and possible aliases of players!
