PLease help. Rust crash error 30005 and no support from facepunch

Hi everybody, I know there is some discussion about this issue here amdi tried to read most of them but found no solution for this problem

it happen only in rust.

No third party app
No anti-virus except windows defender. Exception are on for Rust
All drivers are up to date
Bios is up to date

It randomly crash after different amount of time and the ONLY solution is to restart my computer and if i try to remove the anti-cheat files before, it says that the program cant be delete because it still used by another program... even if rust is close and steam is close.

things i tried

- Removing anti-cheat.sys file.. Not working, still crash randomly ( note, if i try to remove it right after the crash. It says that this files is uses by another program, i tried to
close steam... not working.. check if any Rust program is still running.. nothing
-I tried everything in this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uR5btn17I8E
-i tried running steam as administrator and removing Beta participation
-I tried running Anticheat as administrator
-I tried removing anti cheat and redownload it via the'' verify integrity of game '' in steam many times
-I tried removing rust and re-installed many times
- i treid removing the Easyanticheat_EOS.sys files in the anti cheat folder.. many times

Nothing is working

I also tried to run the game with windows defender turn off, still crash
