Rust crashing every 2 hours
Rust is crashing at completely random moments while playing, I haven't had issues with any of the other games that I play.

When it crashes it usually freezes my mouse movement, then my monitor goes black shows the resolution onscreen (usual behaviour for my monitor when opening a Fullscreen game and alt tabbing) and then rust stops responding.

OR it will stop responding while loading into a server near the end of loading.

I play with all apps closed except discord, steam, and rust open.

I have rust installed on the same Drive as my OS.

Still Crashes with default BIOS settings.

CPU, GPU, Memory, and DRIVE temps are all in check.

Rust settings:

Resolution: 3840 x 2160

DLSS: Off

fps max: 144

Sharpen: ON

Optimized loading: OFF

Steam launch options:

-maxMem=16,384 -malloc=systems

Bios ver: 2305

XMP: XMP 1 3600mhz

DRAM voltage: 1.45v

PC:

Intel 12900k
G.SKILL Trident Z DDR4 3600 32GB (2 x 16GB) F4-3600C14D-32GTZN
STRIX Z690-A GAMING WIFI D4
Aorus Xtreme 3080 WB Rev 1 GV-N3080AORUSX WB-10GD
Sabrent 1TB Rocket 4 Plus
Corsair XC7 CX-9010004-WW
Monitor:

M28U Gaming Monitor

KVM: Off

Freesync compatible monitor: GSYNC ON

Crash dumps:

Exception code: 0xc0000005 The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.

Exception code: 0x80000003 A breakpoint was encountered.

Things I have tried:

DDU to wipe gpu driver and reinstall fresh with latest drivers.

Reinstall rust, on both of my drives.

Using a separate set of RAM sticks.

gc.buffer 2048

Disabling XMP "default bios"

If only I had more information about your system...

memory leak, developers don't care about your problems, every week they add new skins, this exacerbates the problem. you can try to close unnecessary programs and services or install more RAM

I have 32 gig memory, and close all memory hogging programs.

If you haven't already, open a ticket with FacePunch. https://support.facepunchstudios.com/hc/en-us Copy/paste all that information into the ticket, that will help. A couple of wipes ago, many people were having crashes with the game, some of the developers stayed up to the early morning resolving the issue.
