Try actually reading them.
this game has skins. tradable ones and untradable ones.
the dlcs are the untradable skins.
u dont need any of that, and if you kill somebody who has these things, u can grab them for urself.
in this game skins can have a very slight impact on gameplay.
by example, ur default door has no window.
but u can buy a door with a window in there.
it could help against a guy camping ur door.
but obv he wouldnt be standing in front of ur window anyways.
the skins are applied to the item, not the player.
so u can steal all skined items for urself, or if your teammate has them, u also automaticly do.
stuff like lights, piano or a pool are just for roleplaying.
those arent the interesting ones.
if u want to pay money for tryhard, buy factory door and a glow in the dark box from steam market so that u know where u are in your base at night without building a light source.
so many people have arctic pack that its barely even worth buying anymore as the people u kill will give that to you already.
rest is meh.
u will also get skins for free, via twitch drops.
the current ones all ugly. but usually u will also get a windowed door and glowing boxes in there for free.

(if u dont trust the link, go to rust game in steam, and scroll down the updates to where it sais twitch drops and click that for same link)
You get smaller bags and water guns (for fire, can be used on heli crates), boogey boards and tubes to take oil and cargo without boats
+Adobe building skins give more peek downs and container allow more space inside.
