RUST ALT-TABBING

Anyone else have the problem of rust alt tabbing itself every 2 minutes or so and its making the game unplayable

No, it happens randomly and it will do it until i stop playing rust and then be fine for a while

it sounds like something else is making your game alt tab, and not rust.

When it starts happening open you event viewer and look for errors/problems with coinciding timestamps. There's most likely a program/process that's encountering an error, I've seen Akamai netsession do this.

Stuck Key or faulty keyboard - just happened to a friend of mine.

Maybe its Sticky Keys turning on for you? Nothing like hitting run 5 times on Shift key - just so u can see ur desktop. Turn oFF for the win - nvr notify again.

Not sticky keys, lol I thought of that one already, actually I went on a task manager rage job last night and figured out it was one of the HP printing software programs. On a whim I force closed them all and it stopped
