I got banned, because of texture mistake

I made an interesting design of house and i got banned, because of texture mistake, when i falled through the floor.
What can i do now? I didnt use any cheats! I just falled badly...

Сделал интересный дизайн, где сложно ограбить дом. Когда в очередной раз прыгал, чтобы умереть и отнести лут.. Произошел толи баг, толи потеря текстур и я пролетел через пол... Система выдала что-то про ВАТбан и все было ок, пока не зашел админ и все мои объяснения были побоку, хотя за более, чем 800 часов игры, у меня лишь одна такая ошибка с ВАТом была.
Что теперь делать? Как найти правду, читы не юзаю принципиально!!!

I`v got banned from my server and several servers i`m trying to enter... Not all servers... but i spend 5000 planks and 3500 low quality! this was huge work!!!

macka, you have gotten a vac ban. What you do ingame has NOTHING to do with that. You just need the game to be injected with a bad dll for a minute, then you are on the vac blacklist. Can take even a few months before getting banned though xP

On another note, thats one epic build right there xD gonna use it ^^

I`v got no bad dll! I didnt install nothing and run nothing! If developers can`t make sutable anti-hack, maybe they will try to check people, who was banned with bug VAC programm? Why do i need to play 800 hours, make a huge house, a great resourses, and then use cheats? its unlogical!!! Don`t tell me i`m using cheats! Maybe you are the one, who is trying to sell this game a several times to a same people, because of VAC bugs? this is the marketing moove?

VAC doesn't detect what goes on in game and they don't ban immediatley anyway. When you get flagged for banning it usually takes weeks or sometimes months to take affect.

So no, you wern't banned for whatever glitch/bug happened around the time of the ban. You got banned for hacking and you're probably more likley to win the lottery than VAC making a false positive.

I didnt use any cheats. No cheats at all!!!
Viruses? No! i`v got good anti-virus. What can i do, if i didn`t use any cheats???
By the way, i can still access game(official servers), not all servers, but i can. So VAC didn`t ban me? It was admin`s misstake? But why cant i enter some servers i have never entered before?

VAC bans for cheat engines and things that modify the game.

You have a cheat engine/trainer or something running you could get banned. You install a mod thats changes textures or adds a crosshair you get banned etc.

It's not going to ban you for a virus, or a bug, or glitch or using admin commands. Just what meets its very specific criteria.

If a user connects to a VAC-Secured server from a computer with identifiable cheats installed, the VAC system will ban the user from playing on VAC-Secured servers in the future.

While server admins may choose to ban specific players, server admins cannot VAC ban players. The VAC system is automated - contacting Steam Support to report cheaters is not necessary, nor will Steam Support act on any information provided.

The VAC system reliably detects cheats using their cheat signatures. Any third-party modification to a game designed to give one player an advantage over another is classified as a cheat or hack and will trigger a VAC ban. This includes modifications to a game's core executable files and dynamic link libraries.

Ah, I cant count how many times ive gotten the "Facepunch_Violation_Kick" bug. I remember, first time getting it, i was afraid of ban of course, but getting banned for getting stuck in a door? yeah, not gonna happen, and havent happened. Did you even get a violation code in your console? cause you would get kicked if violation, and you would in that case have survived the fall.

Btw, theres a bug that lets you build inside rocks, buildings etc. so if that happened, its as easily as relogging, f1 consols and write suicide. But it does not lead to a ban. What happens in the game does not lead to ban, if you want proof:

I understand, that such huge sales can let you ignore customers...
But you tell me i`v got a red car, but i have only white...
I do not know what to do, because the truth on my side and you do not affraid to throw your customers... But let it be so. Your VAC works perfectly... I think, that thousands of players just can`t translate VAC ban text, behind of menu and still trying to play. But i hope this article will be a lesson to people, who will try to buy this game in future.
Thank you for cheating with result of sales copyies... Now i`m understand such amounts...

Man, it is not a problem for me to pay for this game again,,, but i`m affraid to get the same ban without a reason! i just can`t have any explonation!!! "You was banned with VAC" thats all!!!

... they havent cheated sales, the sales they got was FAR bigger than expected. Also, considering how many hacks, very few have yet to be banned. On some of the hack forums, you can see guides to avoid vac bans that actually works for some I.e. by turning utorrent on and lagging, you can/could avoid vac ban, etc. but all in all, rust and facepunch has nothing to do at all with vac bans. If YOU inject a FILE into the CLIENT, that, and ONLY that gets reported by vac, and ends up in a vac ban. If it wasnt vac ban, then ok. But by now, most people knows how vac works.

If you are 100% sure you didnt run ANY suspicious programs in the background (this includes viruses, trojans, keyloggers etc, as those too might trigger a vac ban), then i would first do a full scan, and if you find said virus etc. take screenshot, send report in a ticket, and say you got banned to a bug because said virus affected your computer. If it turns out its true, you will magically lose your vac ban in about a week or so most likely, but you wont get any answer from there. This will also help others meeting the same problem later ;)

Huh, you'd figure if it did trigger a vac ban there'd be more than one person complaining about it.

It's been explained why you couldn't possibly have been banned for that, but if you want to pretened to be innocent carry on. No-one on here will beleive you.

Man, if truth is on your side... show me some facts? which dll? what time? maybe i wasn`t in game at that time? any facts? i can`t proove anything to developers because they own a game, byt they have logs... any proove? or its just a VAC bug, they do not want to publicly acknowledge?
