Commands:
As you can see there are two sections. Variables and commands. Variables are general settings and vary from the server's hostname to the client's graphics quality.

fps.graph true
This adds a nifty little graph with your frame per second on it.

fps.limit -1
Sometimes you don’t need the most frames per second that your computer can put out. Although it’s probably very rare that anyone would need this in Rust Experimental at the moment given the lack of optimization, its good to know it’s there for the future. -1 is the default value and that puts no limit on FPS.

graphics.fov 75
This command allows you to change the field of view for your character when in first person. The higher this number, the more you can see on the screen at once (think fishbowl lens). The lower the number, the less you can see. 75 is the default value.

input.sensitivity 1
I’ve heard many people complain about the mouse sensitivity being too high on experimental. If you’re in this boat, try lowering the value to .7 or .5 even. Play with it to see what's right for you.

input.flipy true
For all you people who learned how to aim backwards, now you can continue doing so in Rust Experimental by setting this value to true.

terrain.pvt false
This is a big FPS boost. PVT refers to the blending effects that occur when two types of land textures (think biomes) merge with each other. With it on, there is a nice, even line interaction between the two textures. With it off, there is more of a simple gradient fade between the two. Given the poor performance, they have it off by default for now on Mac. PC still has it true by default.

Update: This is now in the F2 menu under procedural virtual texturing.

graphics.quality 0 - 5
This command changes the graphics quality setting which you set on the first unity settings window that loads when you launch experimental. 0 is Fastest and 5 is Fantastic.
censornudity true
Whether looking at ♥♥♥♥♥ is weirding you out or you happen to be playing in the public library, this command is your friend. True / false toggle which controls the pixelation over Newmans private parts. The legacy version of cloth pants censorship is no more.
kill
If you ever want to respawn, or just feel like ending it all, suicide is your answer. And the answer to how you suicide in Rust Experimental is: type 'kill' in console (no quotes). If you're on a mac you will have to place a space after the kill command before pressing enter.
sleep / wakeup
If you're feeling kind of tired and want to take a nap, you can do so with the sleep command. Once you're well rested, make sure to wakeup!
spectate / respawn
If you just feel like watching for a bit, open up console and type 'spectate'. You can now press spacebar to navigate through the people in the server. Yes, this can be used for exploitation now. Garry has pointed out this will likely be an admin only functionality in the future, but for the time being, it's most workable to have everyone test it. When you're ready to play again, just type 'respawn'.
client.connect ip:port
Not seeing the server you want to play on master server list? No worries, this handy command will set you straight (that is, if the server is up and on a compatible version to your client). Note you can also run client.disconnect if you like, which is the same thing has hitting escape and 'disconnect'.
server.seed
This command will output the map seed of the server you're currently on. The procedural mapping system uses this number to generate the map.
audio.mastervolume
audio.musicvolume
audio.gamevolume
audio.voicevolume
These are the new commands to control the in game volume. The default value is 1. If you want the volume higher, try 5 or 10. If you want it lower, try giving it a -5 or -10. Warning: Do not give it too big of a number or you'll blow your eardrums. Currently you cannot edit the music volume.
