What are the best servers?

Hey everyone. I've played on many different servers and most of them either had a very bad community where you couldn't even talk to the people they would just shoot you on site, or bad admins where they would give items to players they like or even have them remove walls from an amoured base to get in and raid and kill me. I'm looking for a server that you can actually play with the other players and the admins will not help out by giving out free items or letting other players into your base. Thanks all.

no abuse
no unfair advantages

great players we have around 10- 30 people that play online depending on time of day

the best are those with MAXIMAL anticheat measurements, including autobanning ppl with ANY vac ban in ANY game, futuremore a good admin is blocking well known "cheater countrys " by ip range in the server firewall to lower the amount of fishy cheaters preventive significantly.An mature, in best case single Admin (30+ years old is best but very rare) rounds up a good server where its worth to play on.

Looking for a pve building server, lots of free stuff from players and admins 40+ old
allways looking for new players,free Upgrade to metal stone or wood on your house if you ask a admin,
ALL BP's lerned if asked for. no raid, no grief, nice players
