Why is everyone Bald?
For some reason it just bothers me. Are all RUst players going through Chemo or something?
Why are they all bald?

Well The radiation from the towns slowly eminated out a has gradually given everyone very slight Radiation poisoning that made everyones hair fall out

The stress of the whole surviival situation has made everyone bald. Meaty has no idea what he's talking about... his mind is probably scrambled from all the radiation poisoning.
