Steam Browser Protocol for RUST Game

Hi there i would like to ask if anyone has a clue if there is any chance to connect directly to the server via website. I have tried 2 different commands and neither of them works:

steam://connect/62.67.42.121:28016 - after entering this command the connect window appears but when i try to connect it says that server is not responding.

steam://run/252490 +connect 62.67.42.121:28016 - runs the Game but doesnt connect to the specified server.

Have i wrote something wrong in those commands, or is Rust the game that doesnt allow to connect directly to specified server?

this launches rust, but no immediate connect...
