Rust Crashing After Asset Warmup

So whenever I launch up Rust and try to connect to a server right after Asset WarmUp my Rust just crashes to desktop.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

There might not be a solution for you. What is your computer specs ?

Honestly, check your specs. You just might not have a good enough computer to play the game. It takes a good bit of power to run Rust even on minimum

Well this has been going on recently but before this I have already been playing Rust for about 500 hours.

Hi Guys. Ive had the same Issue 5mins ago. I tried to play on my new Laptop (Intel Core i7 with Geforce GTX960M) and Game crashed at "Asset Warmup 1266"

Solution:
Enter NVidia Systemcenter - PhysX Konfiguration - And then select "Geforce GTX" as PhysX Processor (disable auto-selection).

It seems like Rust otherwise uses the CPU and then the Game crashes.

Hope that will fix your Problems too.

HI guys! I've had the same issue as this for a few months now but I decided to contact support. He sent me this: http://i.imgur.com/Oa9fMl6.png and it worked. Hopefully it'll help some of you guys too if the rest of these solutions didn't.
