There might not be a solution for you. What is your computer specs ?
Solution:
Enter NVidia Systemcenter - PhysX Konfiguration - And then select "Geforce GTX" as PhysX Processor (disable auto-selection).
It seems like Rust otherwise uses the CPU and then the Game crashes.
Hope that will fix your Problems too.
