AMD Radeon 2600 HD 512mb
I know its a very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pc... But I was playing rust normally... But I've been playing a long time Rust, and now I cannot longer .
8GB RAM, 64bit, GTX 970 4gb and im having drops of fps from 60 to 40-30 sometimes and a lot of crashs
But when a developer asks for specs, he genuinly wants to help, take that into consideration
I wonder how many idiots does it take to get a decent response ... Okay so I had a very similar issue where my game crashed on loading into a server. I managed to fix it by following these 2 steps.
When in-game on the main menu.
- Open console before joining to a server (Press F1 to open the console)
- Write "terrain.pvt false"
This seems to help the issue. Lets hope this is the issue and not something dark and mysterious...
I'm running the following specs:
CPU: Intel i7 4790k
CPU Cooler: CM nepton 240M
GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 970 G1 OC
RAM: 16GB DDR3 (8x2) Corsair Vengeance
Motherboard: ASUS SABERTOOTH Z97 Mark 2
PSU: Corsair CX850W Modulaire
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB (OS)
HD: Seagate SV35 3TB x2
Case: CM Cosmose SE ATX Tower
OS: Windows 10 64 Bit
Ok...
First off, learn to type.
Second, learn about computers. There's a difference between RAM and storage space.
Third, when a dev is asking for specs, they're trying to help. A dev just can't always jump in and identify a problem, especially if it's not an issue on their end. Hence, why they ask for specs, to see if its something they can re-create with said specs.
And if you think he doesn't care about the game, then why do you think he's still developing it. Even if it was just for money, he would at least have to care somewhat. Otherwise, they game would've been abandoned by now.
Yeah I believe your GPU memory is the issue here. 512mb? In 2015?
It is a real shame that you were able to play the game before and not now, but this is an Alpha game. Things will change... the game will grow and with that the pc requirements will increase overtime.
I'm not saying that you need a beast computer, but you need a computer that can run Today's AAA title games without any lag/issue.
