Error Code: 30005 (CreateService failed with 1072)

After playing rust for almost a full day with no problems at all, I took a bit of a break and come back later, only to find an error code that is the same as the title, except failed with 32. I fixed that, and now i am on the error code you see above. I have tried repairing easy anti via game directory, uninstalling and installing using the same, i have tried reinstalling rust, and i have tried verifying game files. I have looked at several videos that have not worked. I cannot think of anything else to do. if someone could help me i would very much appreciate it.
