vac banned while my account hacked

my steam was hacked even though i have two step verification.i didnt noticed first .then i saw no friends on my chat.so after some time i figured it out that my steam was hacked .he redeemed my channel point and removed all my friend.then the hacker played rust from my account and idk how the fk he got banned.after that i changed my password. so how can i unban my rust account.can anyone help me?

Keeping your account secure is your own job. IF it gets stolen and then VAC banned it's your own fault.

Ok troll, if your account got hacked you would have to get involved with steam support. They would get your account back but would take about 2 weeks. You cheated you know you did. If you done any click bait or phishing. Its your responsibility to keep your account safe. Nobody cares here and I wish cheaters would stop posting this false ban crap
