can you sell gereral shop items still on market?

so its been a long time since ive played, kind of trying to put together an idea of what ive spent vs made but i cant fully remember what i got from the shop itself. so can you sell those items after you buy them after some time?

You need to be very devoted and do a lot of gray area stuff to profit from skins.

well if you throw one out of a plane then yes it can fly for a time.

also making money off skins like this isnt hard? the old blackout, white out and forest camo metal sets shot up in price several dollars. hell a year ago when i bought no mercy gear it has gone up in price a couple dollars too
