If some streamers cannot hold their end of the bargain then I do not feel like I want to have their skin and promote them. This is a contract, they have signed a contract for this, if they are unable to pull it off then I do not care for their skins.
Don't forget, us getting skins is nothing compared to what they get in ad revenue due to boosted viewership. They get real life money for doing this.
Rust needs to do this to grow, promoting your self with streamers who play Rust over 90% of the time is not as productive as their audience is already mostly made out of Rust players. We'd all love more skins from <insert your favorite Rust content creators> but that's unlikely to happen.
