November Twitch Drops......WTF Facepunch
A lot of us work and having all these streamers that dont play Rust to not be streaming and if they are streaming ITS A DIFFERENT GAME!!! And trying to find them when they do Stream Rust is next to impossible. Why not pick Rust streamers and show support with them instead of trying to just go for the $$$

I know its a rant but you think the first couple days would be packed with everyone streaming but instead Facepunch gave us the middle finger.

I love how you guys think this is the way to communicate with Facepunch.

Totally agree, brother. This event is a clown show ... It's like made to promote these streamers instead of Rust. Why not invite Willjum, hJune, Oilrats etc. .. people who actually live in Rust. I'm super confused

They're trying to bring in a new audience, not the same small audience. That's why the twitch viewership that's usually at 5-10k is at 180,000+ this week. That's the whole point.

yeah Kaicenat is completely useless for this game, but he has like over 100k watching him with his friends do wtf.. idfk. he's basically oblivious that he has any obligation to be online for Rust.. Facepunch,, whose face needs punching?

it's a crapshow, KaiCenat is even now just streaming doing nothing with his friends. not gaming or anything. also AGENT00 or RAYASIANBOY hasn't been online. the person deciding these choices is garbage.

Anytime I've checked Kai's stream its just a bunch of people sleeping with one guy dressed as Spider-Man dancing about like he needs the toilet. Good thing though, his drop is absolute dog ****. So no real loss. Yet another series of Twitch Drops plagued by the same issues. Hopefully they'll all became available on any stream the last 24 hours.

These drops are mutual promotion, streamers play Rust and Facepunch promotes them in game with main menu screen as well as forum posts and in game skins with their names on them.

If some streamers cannot hold their end of the bargain then I do not feel like I want to have their skin and promote them. This is a contract, they have signed a contract for this, if they are unable to pull it off then I do not care for their skins.

Don't forget, us getting skins is nothing compared to what they get in ad revenue due to boosted viewership. They get real life money for doing this.

Rust needs to do this to grow, promoting your self with streamers who play Rust over 90% of the time is not as productive as their audience is already mostly made out of Rust players. We'd all love more skins from <insert your favorite Rust content creators> but that's unlikely to happen.

Yeah, but what's the point if the are not playing Rust? One guy is doing rate list of "who will be a good president from streamers", another one is watching music videos, girl streamers just chatting and discussing some cringe. That's a joke of a promotion
