Can you zoom in with the Bolt Action Rifle?

Today i saw a guy in youtube using a bolt to kill another guy and he zoomed in, Im not sure if it's editing or an in-game feature.

This is actually a legitimate problem devs are trying to solve. Bullet drop helps but with the BA the drop isn't that bad.
