And I always play solo,if you are new in rust better find some friends to play with,its much easyer than solo,its fun both ways :D

Add to that a geforce 710m pretty much benchmarks the equivalent as on board graphics, around 500 points on benchmarks which Is truly dreadful.

Unfortunately that gpu is pretty much only there for saying the laptop has a gpu as the performance isn't good enough for anything bar minecraft in reality I'm afraid

Your 250 benchmarks at like 1500 points.... The 710m in their laptop.... 500.

So your card will play way better than theirs will even with the same memory

I guess, but its not that bad. The lack of optimization is the real issues which wont come until they are done adding components which will be a long time. I mean if your the kind of guy that'll spend the $$$ to get a Titan cause you have to have it you already know the answer. But the rest of us just put the graphics on low and run. Ive ran this game with dual core intel HD graphics. Overclocked at 4.2 I was able to get 10-15 FPS, keep in mind this was months ago. There have been many updates since.

Its a laptop so there is no upgrading for you really. Its studdered and F's up for me with a 4.0GHz i7 and GTX960 and 8GB ram.

Is it fun solo, no that ♥♥♥♥ sucks. Try and make friends in game, most important lesson is expect to loose everything. Dont horde a bunch of ♥♥♥♥ in your pack expecting to see someone and be friendly. You will be killed.
