Im not banned but game told me you banned

Oops, it looks like you've encountered an error in this game. We were unable to find any ban for the Rust account in the pilot'scommand737 game.

I can't see any ban when I check on steam, but when I try to connect to the server in the game it says I'm banned. By the way, I do not use any cheat or similar applications. I could only play the game for 14 hours. We use a common internet network as an apartment building. What can i do ?

looks like a new account. were you previously banned from rust on an old account?

Try a different server, it sounds like you were server banned - not game banned.

You'd know if it was a game ban, as it would tell you so.

did you have bans from other EAC protected games on your old account? im just trying to figure out what could have triggered this ban. if you havnt ever been banned before and this is your first account, then your only option is to file a ticket on the EAC support page.
