I try to play rust after long offline. So, i get this error, and cant connect to official Reddit EU Monthly.
I already find some solutions, and will try it.

1 - Use vpn for first download of map.
2 - Or download manually and put in folder maps.
I from Russia, so players discussed our internet sometimes cant download map.

But i wanna know - anyone know how to fix it fully? I dont wont do it for averyone server)

VPN doesn't help. But manually download from link in conlose - yes.

And... I still cant normally connect to other off servers... And i dont hear most of sounds.... Wtf....

I have a solution for you brother, Make rust free from antiviruses and firewall. Go to your antivirus settings and make the antivirus ignore rust's folder. Do the same with firewall settings and it should be fixed. Good hunting!
