,,I didnt cheat" is hardly an argument, even less when considered as evidence of not cheating.

after one year i start play rust and got ban too wtf ?????

Ban reasons:
1. Cheating in the past, being flagged and banned appropriately later during a Ban Wave
2. Cheating in a different game, having mouse drivers with exploit that those cheats use, EAC detecting it when Rust is played, Gameban in Rust
3. Tampering with Windows, editing registry, running outdated windows 11 (or even worse Windows 10), having cracked programs that exploit something that EAC can detect as SUS and ban you
4. Cheating with a cheat that was not working

Due to recent EAC update I see loads of people coming here with gameban... Doesnt matter if you were cheating or not, it is deserved because you were either cheating in the past or in a different game and "forgot" to reinstall windows after deleting the cheat and or you are using cracked programs like Vegas and such, which needs to edit registry and or you play cracked games that edit EAC stuff due to having Singleplayer and Multiplayer protected by EAC and at that point you are screwed cuz there is a 100% chance of Ban... Bans are issued by EAC not by Steam or Facepunch so ranting about it here is to no use...

Also, it is safe to say that you did cheat and the cheat did not work so you deleted it and now you are banned because the cheat you tried to use was detected and did not work anymore hence saying "I did not cheat" when your cheat did not work is kinda weird...

So overall, the bans are all deserved... If you cheat, exploit or even try to cheat with outdated cheats that dont work anymore, it is all your fault... Sorry to say this but if this is your only Gameban, you can make a new Steam account and buy Rust again in 6 or 12 months (Read server rules before you do this, some allow it within a year, some within 6 months. some within 3 months and some do not allow it at all and Admins will be watching).... So if this is the one and only Gameban for Rust you have, there aint everything lost for you YET and you will be able to play eventually. Dont forget to reinstall windows, have it all up to date with latest security updates and try to steer away from downloading cracks and such for stuff that you do not own :)

False bans happen fairly regularly.
And, no, you won't get an EAC ban from running Windows 10.

Yep got a ban for booting the game and buying some skins after the shop updated on Thursday. Appealing the ban. hopefully gets sorted soon.
