u must have a firewall or router setting blocking it, all lists showing up fine for me

Add your server to the Favourites tab in Steam by clicking View, then Servers, then Favourites, then Add a server, and entering your Server IP1.
Update any mods or plugins that you have installed on your server and make sure the server name is not too long or has special characters2.
Ensure you are launching the right version of Rust that you want to play and set the ‘Server browser pings / minute’ to a minimum of 5000 in Steam settings3.

check your firewall, or turn off a vpn if u have, anti virus also likes to block games

The fix is unselecting "use Cache" in the custom search below, also maybe
or u might need to repair the game

click manage for the game, game files and check files, but i am almost certain it is a antivirus or firewall being ur issue

do what the other guy says but also you can just go to the left and scroll down on the menu and disable the "tutorial option"

Did you check the server search filters?

They do sometimes disappear after updates:

Go to the game settings in Steam and disable automatic updates for Rust. Set the game to update only when launched. Then, navigate to Steam > settings > Downloads and clear the download cache. Restart Steam and start the game.

You can use Steam > View > Game servers in the meantime

Check out these solutions[support.facepunchstudios.com] as well...
