Rust twitch drops claimed but not in inventory

I claimed them but they are not in game. Everything is linked. I didn’t get any of them. This happening to anyone else?

Click "check for missing drops" link on the drops page (lower right - screenshot)[ibb.co].

Then in Rust game menu go to "Inventory" and "refresh" it.

There’s a button on the bottom of the Rust twitch page that should say “missing drops?” Or something along those lines and it will push all the items to your inventory

can someone help me here I've claimed 13 drops and I only received 5 and that's after I clicked check for missing drops so if someone could hep that would be appreciated
