Rust FPS =<5 FPS

I have over 6k hours and as of yesterday, any server I join my game is unplayable and I get literally 5 fps or less on the spawn beach.

Anyone had this problem before?

Specs:
RTX 3070 ti
Ryzen 5 3600x
32 GB Ram 3200
NVIDIA updated to most recent drivers

Note:
All temps are fine & CPU & GPU utilization doesn't get over 20% and my memory usage is around 60%

I'm having issues too.
RTX 3070
AMD 2700X
24GB 3200 RAM
Dropping the settings seems to do nothing for my FPS. One day I have 140FPS 2 hours later its 10FPS...

I've uninstalled the nvidia drivers with DDU. Still the same. I'm on a fresh copy of Win10Pro.

abd sane problem. The game is getting bigger and bigger updates but 0 optimization so ther is no pc whats can run it good.

I have the solution:
Uninstall Rust before it breaks your computer

What I found, some windows background services cripple Rust when in game. I noticed my game runs at 1440 at about 40% to 50% CPU load but once it hits over 70, my FPS goes into the low 10's 20's. A control, Alt, Delete to bring up the task manager brings the CPU load to under 50% and FPS are back to a stable 60+
I've not stopped any process or service??? That's working for me.

What is your GPU Memory Junction Temp while playing? Unsure if it helps but did you try enabling Vsync? Just to see if that does anything?
I have 3080 TI and Ryzen 3900x ( No OC ) w/ 48GB Ram - No fps issues here.

And if you did OC your computer, try using stock settings.
