Do TCs repair your base over time

[title], I'm pretty sure i remember hearing this before but I don't know if its true. I'm on a server with a massive base and after taking heli a lot of it is damaged and I don't want to go around hitting everything individually, will the TC slowly repair everything by itself or is it just screwed

yes it repairs but it is slow, i would still go and repair low hp outside walls that are easily accessible
