Rust unplayable on AMD, fix?

After the last update of Windows I can not run Rust smoothly. I used to play on highest graphics settings without a single problem until the update. I lowered the settings, lowered the graphics and still I have constant stuttering, fps drops and lags. It is unplayable. Is there any fix for that?

I've had this same issue, running an R9 7900X and game stutters and freezes at varying intervals, from every 30-45 seconds to as frequently of every 1-2 seconds. Tried verifying my files and provided a temporary fix, but the issue came back after 10 minutes or so.

didnt notice any drop in performance, i got amd too 7800x3d

Got a R7 7800x3d and a 7900 xtx and i ve got 200 + fps but notice that the screen is stuttering and ♥♥♥♥... dunno why

got almost same spec, diff gpu but same tier. its something random since some of my friends experience this and some + me dont. weird

yes ans also it s not all time, i ve played 3 hours without problem then fps drop to 120 -70 etc.. weird
