**Be VERY careful when editing it, because like with any files, messing up the format could mess more things up, but you can at least see whats in there and how its configured and possibly make changes.**
Ive used this in the past to visualize all my keybinds because I have so many for different things setup for game play, cinematics/editing and for server admining, its hard to keep up sometimes with what Ive set, especially when I take a break from the game and come back.
To find this, assuming you installed in the default directory, you can find it here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust\cfg - and look for the 'keys' file. I would recommend Notepad++ to open it up and browse your current keybind setup there.
If you mess something up, theres another file in this folder called 'keys_default' and you can simply copy/paste that, and then rename it to 'keys' to overwrite any corrupted keybind config to start over again, so dont worry TOO much about messing up your 'keys' file.
The format for this file should always be the word 'bind' followed by one space, followed by the key, followed by one space, followed by the commands to execute.
You can find a list of command/keybind possibilities here:
https://wiki.facepunch.com/rust/Keybinds
Toward the middle/bottom it will tell you every name for each key, like for mouse wheel up, its 'mousewheelup' etc...
It also gives you all the commands to apply to those keys.
Check this file to make sure you dont have it setup wrong. If it appears to be setup right and still isnt working, perhaps make a ticket at facepunches website.
