For Rust, the clock speed is what matters. Id say anything under 5ghz causes stuttering and fps drop.
Sure, depends on server pop, game resolution etc. Near Outpost, it will drop heavily no matter what.
Just more lies or what? I put in a ticket for this same thing before Christmas and Ive still gotten NO response.
I am close to going on a hiatus from the game because its that unplayable. Its become unenjoyable to hop on due to this performance issues. What was once before working perfectly fine a few months ago, is now completely unplayable for some like us. Even if you exceed the recommended settings, it doesn't guarantee that it will run smooth. Whatever they did to cause it, they need to undo that change.
Enable XMB profile
Debloat past drivers
NVCleanstall new drivers
Debloat / optimize windows
Download ISLC and tutorial how to use it
Then you will get max frames!
Also make sure your settings arent too low or your just putting the load on your cpu. Its known better cards get better fps when not on super low settings.
You can also visit userbenchmark.com and run a test to see how your pc ranks vs others with the same setup. This should tell you everything you need to know.
Also the more you play on the new card the more the cache will be filled making the game run smoother overall but the optimizations should help a tonnnnnnnnn.
