Buy a new computer ! If you dont want to buy a new pc check out :Panjno on youtube he makes pretty good fps helping videos like starting parameter commands or changing stuff in the config to make the game run better

my current pc specs are 1.4 ghz if im correct (idk if its ghz or what its called all i know completely 1.4) and 4gb memory

if it was that simple to buy i computer trust me i would but i barely earn enought money to get rust, but im saving up for a new computer thats gaming and 800 dollars and ill build it myself its just it will take me about 8 months to get it and i just want a solution for the time being but i will check out Panjno Edit:Im trying now to use the increase fps but i suck at installing things so i hope it goes well XD

im not sure im looking at settings all i know and see is i have 4GB of Ram and AMD E1-2500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.40 GHz

yeah sorry man to play rust at minimum specs you need at least a 2ghz cpu
