WASNT CHEATING BUT NOW IM BANNED

I don't know what else to do at this point but here it is, several months back I was playing rust with a couple friends (all 3 being people i know in real life and one being my wife) while were playing i kept falling out of the server, my computer has been doing that alot because i have ram issues and cant pay to fix them, after a good couple crashes it started telling me "EOC CRASH" which i didnt know what that meant, after shutting my computer off and back on i was banned from the server, i didnt think anything of it till i looked at my steam account and it said i was VAC banned for cheating??? i tried putting in a repeal but all you get are bots or you get no answer at all, so i dont know what to do, i can give whatever proof to show im not cheating but i dont even know what they would need or if thats possible, so im wondering if i should just make a new account for the game? will that make it worse? has anyone else had this issue before? i just want to play the game.

They dont care my dude, best to make a new account and hope it doesnt happen again. And yes it has happened to me also.

Well, maybe you haven't used cheats or hacks on RUST. But with other games, which are also protected by EAC or VAC.

These protection programs detect hacks and cheats and block you.

you are banned and there is nothing you can do to prove you didnt cheat. keep in mind if you buy rust again on a new account you could be banned again as this is against the rules. Its called ban evasion and they can track your hardware. EAC bans are for life not just until you buy a new copy of the game.

Even if EAC does not ban you again any server admin worth thats any good will ban you any way for ban evasion. They can tell if you made a new account.

And then that account will be banned for ban evasion. Don't tell people to evade bans or other stupid crap.
