Electricity day/night automation
Greetings!

I have solar and battery backup done with the simple 2 branch and 1 blocker. When it's dusk/dawn I have a power dip when the solarpanels start/stop.
Can I somehow set a treshold that if the combined power dips under a certain threshold it would switch to solar/battery?

I don't think you can set a threshold, and complicated grids are a waste of energy and painful to rewire after raids. You can check backup battery power or NIH core videos on YouTube for some ideas.

In my opinion, solar panels are pretty much redundant... just spam windmills instead.

Ah ok.
Yeah true about the solar. I think in form of from wipe you start with the solars and with a simple automations that can crap out when the sun is dipping/rising and when you expand you can swap out solars for windmill.
The video shows more for a backup system if the primary fails.
