Not to mention that Logitech is a Swiss company and Razer is American/Singaporean, which probably makes it much easier for them to sue Facepunch both in NA and the EU in case their products were affected.
SO I could easily buy one of these mice to replace the blacklisted one I have now...and then that one could get banned? I have a mac supermouse is that safe?.
Rust has only around 30-50k~ players on average. If they're looking to reduce player numbers this is probably a good place to start by completely blacklisting hardware.
Oh, you can be sure that many of them know how it all works, but they will keep spreading FUD on purpose to mislead the less tech-savvy ones. Shills will be shills.
I completely agree with this, didnt know that razer were a bunch of scum as well!
Actually I've a better idea. Why not blacklist the game from Steam for being an unfinished game that invites cheaters to cheat? Then there's no need to ban mice because there won't be an excessively insecure game to worry about in the first place.
Razer. Bunch of scum. Wow. You logic makes about as much sense as trying to make ice in boiling water.
They literally say on their site take your unfair advantage to the next level, your saying that isn’t scum?
If you're conspiring though and looking for things you want to see then yeah, you'll see what you want to see. Also, if you're going to state a website says something, it's generally a good idea to link to the source page so people can see for themselves. I request you show me this phrase on the website please. I've been poking around on the website for a while now and have found no such phrase.
edit: found it {LINK REMOVED}https://www.youtube.com/redirect?q=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.facepunchstudios.com%2Fhc%2Fen-us%2Farticles%2F360004256798-EAC-Blacklisted-device-Bloody-Mouse&v=AFcaS2b97KE&redir_token=Paneru6GCkq4wB7tAhOEyCPxQZ58MTU3NjUyOTAyNEAxNTc2NDQyNjI0&event=video_description
