Why a4tech mouses are banned?

I'm using a4tech x7 mouse for like 15years, i don't get why it's banned just for being peripheral device, can't they just ban those mouses but only when drivers are included? Without drivers you can't use macro and that saves me and everyone who has it 50 EUR, becouse the only mouse that is the most similar to this one is steelseries one, and it's overpriced as fk.
