RustClient.exe not responding

When I play in any server or just idle in menu, my game freezes and once i click on it, it says "RustClient.exe not responding".
I've been trying to do these solutions but none of these worked:
Setting priority to high on task manager
Updating GPU
Lowering graphic settings in game
Running game as administrator

Is there any other solutions for the issue?

Did you try all of these? I would work through one at a time and not do all of them at once:

Just a quick note some times when you update your GPU drivers it does not remove some of the old drivers. I would recommend running DDU to make sure they are removed properly then re-install them;

I did everything, exepect EAC/EOS won't open even as administrator or not

same, all of a sudden after playing for months my graphics started going crazy, I uninstalled rust twice and re-installed and now it is very slow and says it isnt responding..
