so is it because theres not enough power?
The reason is because batteries lose 20% of their power so they only output 80%, so you can give a small battery 10 rWh but it will only output 8 rWh.
For a medium its 50, which means you can output 40rWh, and for large its 100, which gives you 80 rWh to work with.
I believe its called 'self-discharge' in real electrical terminology where the battery just diminishes naturally.
