UKN is good for minigames and target practice on stationary and moving targets at different ranges.
RustReborn and a few other "aim train" servers are good as well, and have some cool games like Bed Wars that is focused more on PVP action with a little bit of sped up grind/building.
Watch the best fraggers in the game on Twitch, live. Watch Posty, Trausi, CoconutB, Warrior, Albin and others. See what they do, how they move, when they shoot, when they dont shoot, etc. Analyze their game play and try to adopt parts of that in your movement.
Also, focus on their game sense, when they choose to move out or not, how they rotate and position for fights, what fights they choose and dont choose, cause that matters almost more than aim ability after the pvp changes.
