I did try to show proof of being accused and more and the admin didn’t care and told me to “get better hacks” and closed the “Create a ticket” and kicked me from the discord server. So kinda hard to prove yourself when no one listens, and I’m acting like a child defending myself against people who don’t know me but just base what they know off privacy and etc when i was posting this for anyone else that will have this problem playing any of those 2 servers. Yeah i felt that way after its been a day, just had so much loot and farmed so much and put into so much work too just to get it go for nothing because of others being ♥♥♥♥, but it is what it is, ill prob join another server but was just annoyed and pissed off in the moment, and regardless if they assume i am cheating idgaf lmao, i know i took the time to practice but I can’t stream or etc since my pc is ♥♥♥♥ lmao, barely can run rust, what makes you think i could run cheats at the same time let alone rust 🤣🤣only game i get barely any lag is csgo and the matchmaking is ♥♥♥♥

The concept of 'Innocent until proven guilty' comes from English common law and has to do with your ability to explain yourself in the courts as a tax paying citizen with rights before being sentenced.

In an international video game where you join a server for free that somebody else owns and pays for, you are not protected by English common law nor any other countries' laws.

Ive had issues with small private server staff in the past and the best thing you can do is just not play on them and find better servers. There are PLENTY of decent servers where the staff dont get play or take sides or hand out frivolous bans.

You might feel like you wasted some time in finding this out but its a necessary skill in a decentralized game like Rust where Facepunch itself only owns a few of the 5,000+ servers in the game and not that many people even like to play on them, so basically they dont come close to cornering their own market in terms of server ownership/admining and youre at the mercy of the server staff you join.

Read all the servers' details/information, see how established their community is by checking their website and discord and noting the activity level and the amount of members. Also you can use discords to search for terms that may be an issue like "false ban" or "rude staff" or any combination of words pertaining to your issue. Search them up, see if other people complain about it to get an idea of the server youre playing on.

We all wish there was a golden standard and you could expect Starbucks like consistency between servers no matter where you go, but alas, this is Rust, and its just not like that and probably never will be.

Yeah i know, it just was stupid as ♥♥♥♥ that i didn't get a chance to explain my side and just got banned and kicked from the discord like it was nothing, but i tought limitless was gonna be better since they had good reviews and high pop, but soon to find out the admins only listen to the people who pay for the server in ranks and etc thats like $50-100 for kits which is stupid, bc for the same kits i seen on other servers were $10-30 lmao
