I would love to be able to at least change gender in this game.

well... if your really want to pay to change it, you can buy rust on another account and have a chance to have a different character model.

From my experience this method works the best. First what you want to do is do a full Windows reset without saving any files. This guarantees that you will spawn with whatever gender you want.

New players purchasing the game during the sales could be one reason with also being that there is no mention that gender will be based on account name.

Edit: If there was a mention that character would be based on account name then i am sure those wanting a specific gender would create another account before purchasing so they would get the gender that they want.

they all used to be male tbh.

i remember when they added the female model and it was only available for admins.

idk why is it such a big deal if you can't even see the character when you're wearing armor.

Their argument was always that nobody can choose what they are born as and that's why it works that way in the game.
