Report a translation problem
Either
1) Open Rust > In the menu chose > Inventory > Look for the skin pack confirm that it appears there > If it does not click on "Refresh inventory" (should look like this in your inventory ( https://ibb.co/MPdwmRg )
2) Sometimes you need to log out of Steam and back in for the purchases to appear
3) To apply them grab a hammer, face the wall/foundation and hold right mouse button > press "Q" or "E" to cycle between skins then apply/"upgrade" to the skin you want with left click.
4) Use spray can to change colors by holding right click. For reaching door frames easier type in the console client.lookatradius to see your default value. Then change the value to client.lookatradius 0.001 and back once done.
