how to play a fair force wipe??

You're not the only one who has to wait..I've played a Server where you could only use bows first 24 hours..something like that would help tho..

I feel ya though, the first couple to load have a huge advantage, horse, all the road loot.

I was the first to load a couple of years ago when my pc was new and I lived in a town with super fast net. I had a tier2 in 10 min.
