Rust was released Dec 2013 in early access until Feb 2018 when it was released as the full game. I believe this is the timeframe of people who got Frog Boots.
You can use that chart to see between 2013-2018 and not get an exact number but an idea of how many people were playing and accounting for some that bought it and never played cause they hated the early access version, and the fact that the chart only shows average users and peak users, but at least thats something to look at
