could not establish a TCP connection "MyIP":28083
I have a rust server, actualy im using VPN to connect my friends to Local Server. But i want to publish it on steam, and this error is returning. "Could not establish a TCP connection to MyIP:28083". I already configured my firewall and my router. the question is, might my provider have some setting that prevents this port from working for my purpose?

This is an older post and it's the Rust+ app+ feature that you don't need to play. To correct this you must PORT FORWARD in your router and allow the TCP connection through your firewall TCP is 28082 with all default ports. The default port is +server.port 28015 and the port for app is your default port+67 so 28015+67=28082 and looks like this +app.port 28082. You also might need to add a listening port to your server Batch file +app.listenip 0.0.0.0 Call your ISP if you don't have control or access to port forwarding in your router and ask them to add the port forwarding. This is explained in detail by the facepunch wiki https://wiki.facepunch.com/rust/rust-companion-server Hope this helps...

It is most likely the router and setup you are using.
Try a different used cheap router and see if it works.
