Attack Helicopter

Ok so i was just wondering if i am in my house with stone walls & roof and everything if the attack helicopter flies above me or close to me will it register me and attack me even when inside or will it leave me.

No, only if the helicopter spots you then it will shoot you. If you have windows and the heli sees you, you're probably going to be napalmed. If you go out when the heli is out, take off all your clothes and weapons and tools off of your hot bar and in your inventory so it won't shoot you, then just put it back on, no big deal. If you are outside and run in your base when the heli sees you, you're still going to be harrassed by the heli for a while.

Ok thanks, what do you mean by harassed? Shot at and heli trying to kill me or will it just circle my base or something

It will circle you around for a little while, maybe shoot you and napalm your base once maybe, then leave and find someone else or when you are killed by it.

If the heli sees you and is advancing towards you before you enter your base, it will unleash rocket hell on you if you're inside and it gets close enough. One of the first times I tried hiding from a heli I ran inside my base. Rockets destroyed my sleeping bag and half the base, and killed me. Had to start all over again lol. Don't remember if it was wood or stone, but likely wood since I was a newb.

Like M&D said, the most important thing is to unequip any ranged weapons you're carrying if it's close.
