Vip system is this fair on the official server?

Hello this is rustafied medium sever player.
Im live in korea where every rust player hate. Many koreans had played on rustafied medium server. They made huge house and raid other base.
One day they were trying to raid one clan named Bio in rustafied medium.
They succeded the raid. And next day they were kicked by server and the reason was '♥♥♥♥ing korean hackers ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥'. That team was huge streamer's team. Each team member record their game too. And the real reason why they kicked was vip system on medium server. Bio was vip on this server. Like this example there are many words on Korean Rust caFe. When they raid bio, kicked by same reason '♥♥♥♥ing korean hackers'.
Why medium server's admin always said koreans are hacker even if they are noobs.
I want to play on this server but this server's corruption is awesome.
Is vip sysyem is fair on official server gary?
I think this vip system is unfair to normal player.
