No, I have not. Maybe it's your RAM, or... pagefile? Try to check game files also.

Same here, 16 GB and freeze at assets warmup. Launching the game with directx 9 solved it, but the game runs at 6 fps... (usualy it runs at 60 fps on my computer)

AHMAD you don't get it. When i say freeze i mean the following :
- Assets were loading normally (about 20-40 per sec) and then freeze at 1307 (always the same)
- The music stops
- The cancel button doesn't work anymore
- In the task manager, the game is taking way too much cpu ressources (about 80%)
- Waiting about 5 minutes but nothing is happenning
- Loading the game with directx 9 solved the problem but the game is unplayable due to the lag

I found a solution that worked for me:
I had to reinstall the anti cheat client as administrator and to run the game as administrator ( rust.exe in my rust installation).

I had an issue like this when I rehauled my computer once. It was due to my computer set up. I don't think Rust runs on 32 bit, it had to be 64 bit.
Worked for me anyway.
Good luck.
