rustclient.exe has stopped working...FIXED!

I have had a problum of freezing up and getting "rustclient.exe has stopped working", or some such after i was about 10 minutes in game.
I had tried EVERYTHING to sort this out with no results.
But I lickily come across the solution that works, for me at least, here it is if you have been experiencing this same issue.
Go to Steam library, right click on Rust and got to properties, find "set launch optioons" tab in the space put:
-force-gfx-direct
restart steam and try it. For me game works great!

After 24h I have not encountered the problem anymore. Hopefully it has done the trick. Dunno what the launch option code does tho. Anyone?
