How can i increase my view/render distance to show animals and players?

I play on max settings, and i've spent days searching google and trying all the different console commands to improve view distance, and yet i still can't seem to see anything over 500m.

My longest ever pvp kill is 469m, furthest i can get away from a reactive target before it despawns is 467m, and pve kill is around 450m. Anything further than that and it just does not spawn, yet the longest pve kill on my server was last month set at 608m. How can i increase the render distance of people and/or animals in order to see them further?

All i pretty much do in Rust is distance kill so any help is greatly appreciated

500m is the maximum, anything beyond that is the kill/death/teleport trick or hax.

I cant see objects like locks and stuff more than 30 meters away
