Granting everyone access to plugins (OXIDE)

Does anyone know how to give everyone permission to plugins. For example how do I grant everyone access to MagicCraft as I only can use it and want everyone else to be able to use it. this is the 2nd time im hosting Rust server and I can't remember how to give everyone permissions. Please help ASAP thanks.

Using Rusty admin tool...

Example 1: oxide.grant user "TheBillsProject" "MagicCraft.able"

Example 2: oxide.grant group "player" "MagicCraft.able"

Thanks but I know that alread. I mean for everyone because only I can use MagicCraft because im an admin. What I want is for it to be enabled for everyone so I don't have to grant everyone that joins.

I had to create the group player does that mean that everyone that join is a player.?

I used the command oxide.group add player

I am having another issue with the R-Remover Tool when I try and remove something with /remove in Rusty Console it says

NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

any idea why its throwing this at me.

How do i set the Standart Group for people are joining the server? I want to set a vote permission to everyone who joins and joined
