Help with stability plugins!

I need help finding a plugin for rust experimental that gives no stability, zone manager doesn't work and i want something easier to use than it.

zone manager works fine for stability i use it alot.

because players abondonent this subject and i only could find it while starting to play it sinds 2019 ?

just open console and type in the command for no stability...
Google is that way to find the command for it---> if you know what google is....
